Using OS MasterMap or raster images Data Insight will provide a vector equivalent of any hard copy map, backed up with attribute data suitable for viewing in any GIS.

Any number of attributes can be attached to a feature captured from a hard copy map. These attributes can be taken from any number of sources of hard copy records associated with that feature.

Once a data capture exercise is complete, then simply using locate and find querying within your GIS, information is at your fingertips.
