Data Insight is a scanning bureau specialising in scanning datasets for local authorities, central government, utilities and the MOD. We offer a variety of services for archive files including long-term storage of those documents.

Documents/drawings can be removed from your offices immediately and stored securely in our controlled warehouse. When information is required, the documents can be scanned and electronically delivered via our Web Server, generally within 30 minutes of a client request.

Data Insight use a range of Document and Large Format Scanners to scan from A6 to A0 paper documents and drawings/maps to a high resolution in black & white, greyscale and colour. Each image is uniquely indexed using bespoke scanning software developed by Data Insight. Our innovative approach to quality control, using our own software - IRISQC, guarantees that images are checked for legibility, skew and clarity consequently producing the best possible quality images.

Using our Large Format Contex Scanners large documents/plans from A2 to A0 are scanned in black & white, greyscale or colour. 100% quality control is undertaken before final despatch.
