Electronic Document Management Software

IRISEDMS has been created to provide industries with a more cost-effective solution for Electronic Document Management. Existing EDM software packages tend to be highly expensive because they provide the user with numerous functions that may never be used.

Data Insight have developed an EDMS that meets the needs of businesses at a far more realistic price! For as little as a tenth of the cost, IRISEDMS can be installed on every desktop. In addition, because IRISEDMS is a simple product to use, very little training is required to bring the user to a competent level.

IRISEDMS comprises three modules: IRISScan, IRISQC and IRISView. These modules can be purchased as a complete package, IRISEDMS or as separate modules.

Documents and plans are initially scanned using IRISScan software and the resulting images quality checked using IRISQC. Images can be viewed using IRISView by searching for an application number or alternatively, the user can use their GIS software to simply click on the application boundary and view the associated documents.
