Indexing

Data Insight have written their own software IRISIndexer to enable us to index each image to any numbering convention required.

The indexing process also allows for the classification of particular document types. This option is user definable and allows for any number of document types to be accounted for.

Whilst IRISIndexer was written initially for internal use, it has proven to be so versatile that it is now sold to clients who have an image indexing requirement.

EDMS/GIS Linking

Customers who have GIS can take advantage of Data Insight's skills to have all of their images linked back to their Geographical Information System.

Data Insight have developed a service that links images with their associated geographical information features by simply clicking a button to view all the related spatial features in their GIS.
