Data Insight has recognised a problem that many companies share...the lack of space required for the storage of their archive paper files, drawings and documents etc.

We have been offering scanning services to the UK market since 1999. Our business model is built around the use of our own EDMS technology, IRISEDMS, and our close association with companies such as IDOX/Caps Solutions.

Data Insight carry out scanning activities at our own secure environmentally controlled premises based in purpose built warehouses in Somerset and Hampshire.

We specialise in the preparation and scanning of various types of paper/film documents for Local Authorities, Central Government, Utilities and MOD.

Data Insight has a superb reputation for quality of product and client liaison. We are proud that our technical references now number more than 300 which is a testament to our skills.

We currently have a portfolio of more than 160 local authority clients for whom we have carried out in excess of 400 projects.
