Archive Storage and Retrieval Services

Data Insight have recognised a problem that many companies share...the lack of space required for the storage of their archive files/drawings/documents etc.

We initially meet the client and discuss in detail the client's requirements. Data Insight collects all files and stores them in our warehouse at the start of the project. This immediately frees up valuable office space for our client. Also, client's can have confidence that any file can be retrieved within an hour of a request.

Our warehouse is a newly constructed building with all the necessary security and protection. Each document is stored securely on racking with its whereabouts recorded by use of our sophisticated GIS (Geographical Information System). As a result of this sophistication a file can be found, scanned and delivered by our web server in under an hour.

To assist clients in downloading and viewing documents, our software IRISEDMS can be loaded on their systems and training given in its use.
